Custom Printed Florist Wrap & SleevesGeneral InformationMINIMUM ORDER -- $250.00CUSTOM PRINTS: Custom Printed Florist Wrap & Sleeve prices include printing in one standard ink color on any of the standard paper colors noted. Special color matched inks and up to 2 color prints are available by special quotation from the plant. INITIAL ORDER PREPARATION CHARGE (I.O.P.C.): All new and repeat orders (with changes) of Custom Printed Florist Wrap & Sleeves are assessed an Initial Order Preparation Charge (I.O.P.C.) of $175.00. It is NOT a purchase price for material such as artwork, plate material, etc. which may be produced in the process. I.O.P.C. material will be held for a period of 3 years. If copy is inactive during this period all material will be disposed of. INK COLORS: For standard cataloged inks - No Charge. For 2 colors of standard cataloged inks add 20%. For 1 or 2 color printing using special color matched inks: Per quote. Ink coverage up to 25% - No Charge. Ink coverage greater than 25% is available by special quotation. PLATE CHARGE: Per Quote. FREIGHT: F.O.B. Nichols, WI (our docks) TERMS: 1% 10 days after freight and special charges (I.O.P.C., inks, plates, etc.) are deducted. Net 30 days. PACKING: All items are carton packed. CARTON LABELING: All cartons have Nichols label showing size and packing. If private labels are supplied, they must be pre-addressed and sent to Nichols, as order is placed. MERCHANDISE RETURNS: No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval from Nichols. Any shipment arriving without authorization will be refused. All adjustments must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE HOME OFFICE. ALL PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
